Yes you have the option at level 9 walls

My base is a lil low for th10 but I'm active daily and always perform well during wars.

youre more than welcome to join my clan. its just me and a couple friends with some of their random friends.

we arent very serious at all and there are some other rushed bases in there, but we do war pretty frequently.

usually 3times a week.

Make sure to make everything prior o upgrading your townhall

That includes troops buildings defenses walls ect.
