Im pretty sure that one sucks, at least ive never seen anyone use it.

Unfortunately Searches, as you're finding now, the drop rates for R/E SUCK from pacts, and when you do get them they generally aren't good R/E. The easiest way (I've never done it so I'm just speculating) to get good quick is to follow DeNA's obvious aim toward having you becoming a paid player.

Im pretty sure you have to wait untill the first group battles start, which is appox 24 hours after the event started.

Might be wrong though, but thats how it worked in last event
