easiest way is while doing drag/giants/toa whatever on auto, just keep chat open and keep an eye on it.
ive never had someone that wouldnt add me if i just added them as soon as it pops up, Have had people with full friends lists, but they always add me if theres room.

But the best way from my personal experience is go into one of the default channels like 1-120. Keep an eye out for the found dungeon announcement in chat, add that person, than type in chat "Hey, XXX, I added you/add me."

haha yea i found it best to literallly just channel hop and spam "lf xxxxx sd " and weed out those just adding just to add. game is pretty fun so far! lvl 27 and working on vero fusion

Yeah people who spam usually get ignored. Once that announcement appears that someone found a dungeon, just add them and tell them you added them. Most of the time they will add you and delete you after the dungeon is done.
