I've heard of this problem let me see if I can find you a solution.

Clearing your Cache has given a few people some positive results and also try this

Settings>Application Manager>Google Play>Clear Data

Please try clearing GooglePlay cache: go to Settings > Application Manager > All > Google Play Store > Clear data/cache

I was thinking of copying this base, its called etheral. Its for farming/de protection, but it looks good for war too

i personally only use bases where the CC cant be pulled easily.

if youre a max th9, this base may be ok, but if youre a low-mid th9, id try using one of those anti 3 star bases

if you have 2 different level poison spell for the enemy CC troops, does the other matter for which posion spell u use? (like say u have a lvl 1 psn spell and a lvl 3 psn spell from cc)
