you cant collect pokestops or battle gyms or cant any pokemon. you get it when you have gps trouble or spoof your gps

You can if you do it properly.

once you are soft banned you cant.

but yeah its easy to make it work,

if ur in an area with no local pokemon
bust a incense and u can find extremely random types of pokemon

Game got boring as fuck. It was fun for the first month or so but then it just got boring

Yeah I got a decent set up for level 24

If been sitting on lvl 19 for about a month sadly.
