It was a bug, not a nerf. The passive proc'd more than it was suppose to.

I think Water Skydancer might be decent for necro. I know Hwahee is, they have similar multi hit skill.

I got Wind Mermaid from my LS.
Teon and Awakened Dark Serpent from L/D
40 Mystics only 3 stars
