my friend got this magic circlet and since i have no idea what those are worth, i wanted to pc it here

dunno, it has no +str or +dex or something but i thought maybe some pvp could use it...he also said that i may trade it for pul runes.
he wants to know fast whether he can give it to akara or not >_<
