i've got a 3 necro skill boneflame with a pdiamond
depending on type of necro i got a rlly good eth white wand and reg white wand and access to arm of king leoric, i've got shako, 3pnb ammy 2 sojs, marrowwalks with 2 skele mastery, i have access to arachs and i have magefist for fcr. Enigma i can get as well

I guess I'll start out with this and see if I can come across anything else.
Lacking in the charm department however.

39% hoto, BP enigma, Um shako, two bk rings or two sojs (your choice), marrows, 28 maras. Probably a bit low for your taste but I figured what the hell.
