I have been trading 5-6 Perm'd 3/20/20s to one Ladder High Rune this week, so that is my basis.

I am needing Gear over Runes, but I will accept Ladder Rune/Runeword's at their current market value. High Runes are Dropping in Value Fast, they were at 300+ FG last week, and now are down to 280, and I have seen VEX's go for 200 a few times.
