must have the following mods and must be level 9 or lower.
2 sockets
10-17% fhr
30/20 block
7-12% DTM
other mods are icing.
such as:
+dex
+life
+resist (single or all)
if you have something even remotely similiar, please post. but keep in mind im looking for a rare, not a magic bone shield, i can shop those myself.
