You can't expect to get a 175+ pally GValor or a +2-3 Holy Shield CTA for them. So how about 3/20/20's?

I know you said you didn't want 3/20/20's, but be realistic.

I am being realistic, and your right, those charms themselves would never fetch such an item, not by any means.
However, those charms would be good additions to a larger package to trade for each of those godly items.
Also, I use them, and I would much rather have the 5/5's than 32020s even if i didnt, just for the purpose of keeping for future use.
They are more valuable to me as trading items as well just because my own friends will pay premium prices for them due to their .09 origin.
They are also more valuable as trading items in general because there are much less of them than 32020s, and usefull charms to have.
In addition, I have owned them for over a year, well before .10, so i know they are totally perm, and feel very comfortable knowing that.

well ... I think 30 for all would be fair. Less if they had unknown origins, but they are .09's.

So lets just say 4-5 a piece.
