ilvl 90 = 99% duped.

1.08 items are allowed, only bugged items aren't atm. 1.08 items were spawned in the game, so they're kinda legit. Bugged nosf/tals isn't however.

lvl 90 is not the only dupe

there 4 lvl duped hl : 99 , 90 , 74 and the other 1 i forgot
