Fg is a currency which you can trade with on this forum. So you can easily trade from scl to hcl by trading your scl stuff to fg and then fg to hcl stuff. 30 fg is about an ist. 210 is about a hr

its lower, ist is between 25 and 30 and Lo = the only rune above 200
btw dont trade the bow too fast, 100fg is way too low for this bow
