you can easy make sockets with cube. ral+amn+perf amethyst will give you sockets but the chance of getting max sockets is less then when using socket quest.

@caitlin-c2f: actually, I need a socket on unique item, so that formula doesnt work, but thx

If you want to add the jewels to the headhunters then you should consider adding ral, ort and thul instead - these runes gives 35% resistance to fire, lightning and cold, respectively in shields.
