I stuck 2 40/15s that took a lot of questing to find in this bow and then personalized it...wanted to let ppl know who did the hard work...

I think that Cruel Mats can get 3 to Bow Skills, if I'm not mistaken, and since it's personalized it lost some value. Still, a very nice roll and would be worth a lot in 09.

1.10 screwed all the prices up .
