1 High Rune, at least.

Might be lucky to snag one for cheaper, but not often if the person knows what they're doing. I bought one with an SS + Occy and then traded it for a Vex, so things all worked out.

You should be able to get at least a high rune though.

And is this also on Europe?
Man, what happened to the values, is it because new rune words?
