Hmm, I don't think I like the offer very much, becuase if i accept, I break my runeword (doom), and I get something that I don't need at all. And btw Ohm is needed for:

Bramble
Call to Arms
Chaos
Doom
Exile
Famine

And it is also a rune above Vex.
