Ok, I'm running a leveling service on USWest Softcore Ladder. I'll make you blank level 70 characters, I charge 6 high runes per character. Just PM me the account name and password that you'd like.

beware. do lvl services through a mod. and the person getting the lvl done for them makes the account.
