I would say your probably not going to get an Eth BOTD CB with that. You would be lucky to get a good regular BOTD CB. On east that might pull 3 runes but not much more. Not sure if its the same on Europe or not but an eth is double digit runes.

I think u should add some runes like Jah=Ber=Cham like that then u will have a chance to get eth cb Botd ... MAYBE...

i think u should add instead of storm a wf or some highrunes...

like taht 4 highrunes + other stuff should be ok for your need
