Sorry for bumping this old thread up, but if u then would learn to formulate yourself a bit better, as i understanded what you wrote you would like it to have as much mana leech as possible.. but not that it should be perfect .. if you then could take a few minutes to go by www.battle.net/diablo2exp and look what the best mana leech would be you could then see that it is 7 % and you could write x%ll/7%ml and that way make sure that everyone understand what you mean and that way both save some of your own time and the readers time.
