Okay, erm, after re-doing all my calcs, I've figured I could actually manage to get the necessary attackspeed with an ettin axe. 80% needed, I should have 89% (can anyone please confirm that 20% from gloves, 40% on weapon and 29% from fanaticism leads to 89% total IAS and max speed for a pala with an ettin?).

However, unless the ettin axe is darned nice superior, I don't think I should really give two zods for something where max sockets are enough (you don't risk getting 6 like with serk axe).

Re-did the calc again, and finally realised what was wrong: I was adding the fana speed twice. I'd need a highlords wrath amulette to get max speed with ettin, so it's not the best possible axe (as it also has shorter range).
