Just getting my char from start of hell to end (hard work) and picked up a few things. Don't know if they are worth anything, but I'll put them up:

Gimmershead (unique flying axe) 177%ed
IK Gloves (36%) + Maul
Disciple Gloves
Hexfire +3 fire skills
Eth Thresher 5 Socks 18-211 damage
Eth Balrog Skin 658% damage

And also stuff you could possibly try imbue like:
Eth Balrog Blade
Eth Flying axes (pretty much 100 1 hand damage, you don't need to repair them)

Edit: Needs: anything Non-ladder (main needs are basic P&B skillers // deaths web // tradables) or tradables ladder
