Looking for High Runes. If I'm offered Vex in the next 20 minutes I'll take Vex Straight up for it.

What he is trying to say is that he has a

Jeweler's Sacred Armor of the Whale +85 life for high runes, Vex takes.

Vex's does not take it now. It was a 1 time offer.
Needed Vex for a trade but did not get the Vex in time.
Offer away. Forum Gold Would be good too.
