if u need a normal socketed necro wand with bone skills its not possible to have fcr on it

I got a +3 bone spirit bone wand, and I believe its goes along with 2 more mode not sure what is it.( 2 socket)

I have a 2 socketed +3 to bone spirit superior bone wands with 1 to max damage and 50% damage to undead
