how do you trade with forum gold and whats iso stand for?

ISO stands for In Search Of, means they're looking for whatever they state and to trade forum gold you click on the 'Gold' text next to the person's name. Gold is used to buy the Orbs you see (like my red one) or to pay for other such things.
