It's not even worth a rune. People are trying to milk these things for more than they're worth when they're not even really that great to socket an item with. People try to trade them for an Ist Rune, but they're worth about 2x290s to me (not that I would trade for either 290s or 40/15s, just giving an example). You are allowed to trade these if you can (with screenshot) verify they are legit with ilvl and color. But I would try to get whatever you can out of these because I'm sure the duped ones will poof sooner or later, as will 3/20/20s and 290s, I hope. Which makes me glad I don't use any duped charms like those (maybe 100spc/20life charms are duped?)
