Sorry about that, it's non-ladder. Anyway if you're talking about PvM the +3 Mana Per Kill is obviusly better and if you're talking PvP the mana that this provides you with should be enough if you're good enough. All those stats on the circlet in my opinion are 10 times better than the life from Shako.
