What's the maximum number and maximum level of lower resist charges on a necro wand?

Also, I will be willing to give a shako or better for a ladder wand with a good level and number of charges.

oh wait lower resists.....most ive seen is lvl 2 75 charges

I don't need any other mods than lower resist charges...

A lower resist wand with 90 charges would be great...I don't need life tap, however.

For a wand with a high level lower resist and 90 charges, I'd be willing to pay up to 2 sojs or equivalent.

I have a lvl2, 75 charge lower resist wand on ladder for Mf stuff, it's yellow too!

Someone in battle.net trading forum claimed to have a level 8 with 75 charges, something like lvl81 required to use...is that possible? Or was he full of it?

He refused to show it to me.

he is full of shit....lvl 2 with 75 = lvl 36 And there is no higher
