Well i was just rolling stuff and i rolled this:

Cruel Seraph Rod
296% ed
+1 Meditation
2 Open Sockets

does 210+ single hand damage...

But was wondering if it is worth anything.

Probably not to most people since a 400% would be possible.

The possibility of it happening will be enough for someone seeking a high damage Seraph to pass this up knowing theres better somewhere.
