Yep... for barb the max you'll get is 1 all skills 3/3/3 ... and you only get bonuses from **1** of them... having a second will only give you the +1 to all skills bonus NOT the +3//3//3... It's better to have one CTA and a +3 WC weapon for the +7 WCs (though... it's only one point and really expensive point at that)
