Is it possible to trade 4 highrunes in non-ladder for vex in ladder?

i dont think it's possible to get a VEX in ladder for 4 non ladder high runes -.-

for this type of trade u get a mediator or however its spelt (not mod) ill give u the link to that thread if i can find it...
