Only if someone's very willing. At the beginning of 1.10, people wanted Vex over everything and were willing to trade 2+ Runes for it, but now people are starting to realize that Ber is worth a lot because of all of the Runewords it's used in. You'd be lucky to get Ber + Ist with a Vex.
But I got Ber + Jah the other day for Vex, so you never know. Just need to find the right people, that's all.
