Did u click item wasn't deleived? if he didn't deliver the item u can jus pm a mod regairding this, im sure they will help u

you've gotta check the "not delivered box" and after a day or so if admin hasn't given your money back you pm one of the admins like njaguar...

A:First, make a diligent effort to make arrangements with your trade partner.

If you don't receive a response from your trade partner after several days, return to the item listing > contact buyer/seller link > check the 'item was not delivered' checkbox. This will prevent the seller from making more transactions without responding to you.

If there is no response within a few days, or if you feel you are actually being defrauded, contact a moderator or admininistrator with the details - after making a diligent effort to make arrangements with your trade partner.

I am not a mod, can't help you AFTER you have a problem. I've tried very hard to make the Item Store FAQ thoroughly complete, though, and I think it's real unlikely that you will have a bad experience if you read the FAQ before you use the Item Store. If there is an issue that's not covered in the FAQ I'll be happy to research it and add it as appropriate.
