this is correct a mistake most people make it's not a 15% resist to all it's just 15 as in 15 points more resist all not 15% more resist all same with other items and what not...it's not a % it's just points.

actually.... its a %...

that's funny i have like 4 or 5 resist all jewels and NONE of them have a % sign after the +15 all resistance

only jewels that are a single resist i.e. cold/lite/fire have a % after them

thanks for the free bumps guys. Anyway, it doesnt mention %'s in the item description, but it is mentioned in all text outside the game. Therefore, I was using it as a common term.

As if it really matter's if he say's % or not, u obviously knew what he meant
