What r u talking about? of course it's good, +5 ts, u can use it on switch for casting ts, most pvp sorc (well used to anyway) pay a fair ammount for them, not sure about now

wanna see a druid make lightning sorcs cry? a ts + foh + convitcion pal combined tried to take out my druid, turns out i stood there for like 30 secs till they realized they cant kill me cuz of cyclone armor, then theres the fact that wisp + wisp + lightsabre = heal me.. at least it should, not 100% sure cuz i havent gotten the wisps yet, but i do know cyclone armor makes ts useless
