What for your 3 ed/max jewels?

They were worth 30-40 Runes each in .09, and High Runes' values are decreasing, so....ummm...I'm guessing only things like Eth BotD Weapons would get me to trade them, or some VERY nice Ladder things like SS, Shako, Oculus, etc.
