i got zod and vex but that are really fucked up items

it doesn't matter that they are 1.10... they're fucked up so they suck and arent worth anything...

why are they fucked up?

i have a 3 socketed armor with over 500+ deff but it has enhanced deff does it matter?

I think you have to give some more for zod+vex.
