Well, I play East, so this might be different, but just plain old 100spdcs are pretty cheap. It'd take about 10-20 of those to get an Ist Rune, I'd say. I could be talking out of my ass and it could be much less, so that's just a rough estimate. Sorry I can't be more exact.

It's probably not right. Everyone wants 290spdcs now though, so 100spdcs aren't the highest priority.
