Sorry for spam if you actually wanted an answer for this -- but why would we know or want to know the price of an item in US$? I'm sure the prices vary as it is, but I don't think anyone on here buys items. I think it's okay to sell items because there's fools who buy it, but buying items is just a waste of money, because you'll probably end up quitting the game sooner or later, so you've spent money on nothing. Even if you weren't to quit, you've spent real $ on virtual items, and that basically means you through money out the window. Why not use the $ on something productive like donating to d2jsp

The price will probably vary on how much the people who buy items want to spend. I doubt there's an *exact* price, but from what I've seen purging through eBay, runes are pretty expensive, so this might get you anywhere from $10-$30 depending on buyers.
Again, sorry for spam. I just had to get a point across, and even if it doesn't apply to you, I think it still serves as a worthy point.
