Destroying one of my old chars and saw Leviathan's post and remembered this. Think it's worth a little.

5% faster run/walk +16 mana, serpents small charm of inertia 1.09.

Don't know completely what it's worth, but Needs include:
Storm (any/named/clean/socketed)
Shapeshifter Skillers
Resist All charms (small/large/grand)
runes (need Um's)
Or other offers

well i can give u some sort of PC because i realy want it but i was hacked so i got no non ladder items left:( well if i had the items now i would have offered u:
