well 2 runes is kinda the max for 35 ed 37-39 is about 3.5 and a "legit" 40/15 with propper ilvl can snag alot but dont be like that if can make an offer go for it and how the hell did i piss u off I made an offer for something i like and he said he doesnt want ot hold it AND btw u still havent pm'ed me the status of those frw charms
