now that im in somewhat of a normal state i.e stoned, i realize that i went a lil crazy there, well not really but it would prolly cost me a grip of zods and vexs to get it to roll perfect 415%, which i would have to do cuz i would become obsessed with rerolling it till i got 415%, then after i got 415% id reroll it till i got 415% ed and 15% ll, you get the picture, it would destroy my life.

I think a 415/15 goes for 40 runes
I know a 400/15 goes for 25-30+
