I can't verify the truth in that, by my count if i a small charm drops of level 98 its got (1/46) to be Fine X (1/27) odds to be vita X (1/3) X (1/11) to be 20 ar X (1/11) to be 20 life. that's 1 in 450,846 which is very very hard. Of course, the odds are same for a 3/10/10, but they weren't duped. So basically if you want to trade a magical small charm on these forums, you had 450835/450836 odds of being able to trade it. Sorry man, nice find tho.
