One of the main problems is that people vary and that some people think that they are worth a lot more than they are just because of the high damage. Another is that not a lot of people know what they say. Like arcaine's valor has different value depending on the skills. Maybe if you said the skills in english you might get an answer. If you still get nothing then just go on the chanels and offer. If 100% call you a noob then you need to add, but if only a couple do, just be patient and someone will trade with you.

On the East they go for 10-20 runes depending on the ED and life leech.

so plan on the 14-15 rune range...Just a 6 socket eth CB goes for 7-10 runes more if its superior with ED.
