Rings and Ammys in Nightmare can only Come from Nightmare or Hell and cannot be identified...
Rings and ammys in Hell Can only come from Hell, and again cannot be identified...
Full Rush 1 ring can come from normal nm or hell..., the other 2 rings must be from nightmare or hell..
2 unquie ammy from nm or hell... or 5 high runes...
