edit: even though really, it isnt devine. You can get so much more out of a rare ring now.

Guy in the trade channels was offering a similar ring yesterday, except it had 10% ll and just under 100 mana, with ~15 strn and ~10 res all. He was asking for a SOJ, IIRC.
