I brought it down to a 100 from 125, sorry but i think a 100 is pretty fair...plus if it means anything its a .9 (difference is it lists the +2s to the stats rather than "+2 all stats" for collector purposes

on my shakos it doesnt list them out... it just says plus 2 to all attributes, and ive been using the same shako for like 10 months..
