On USWest or USEast Enigma is 5 Runes? It's like 2 or 3 for an average one on East.

I agree with you on that 3 Zods thing, but I don't think Zod is worth 1.5 -2 Runes unless you're saying Ber and Jah are both 1.5-2 Runes. I've seen Zod + for Jah or Ber, so it's not worth 1.5, and will never been 2 runes because of the poofing.
