They arent great? They all stll go for 10+ runes. quickness mod on any elite item w/ 3 sockets costs enough 09 or 1.1. Some cruels aren't total shit.

botd is overrated and isnt very good at all. Also these have value from there rarity not performance. And a pally with even half good setup with the conquest or cryptic your looking for, would kick your ass fast.

DOOM zerk / ws = SLOW = everything else
