Hi, been out of the D2 loop for a while. I see that alot of people are looking for "ith" items. From a ss, I see that it has a zod in it. What are the exact requirements? Also, I saw someone looking for a 6 ist "ith" whatever... how is that possible? or is it just hacked?

ith is a hacked item it basically uses a runeword most ith cb's are silence then a program strips the item and u replace then runes with anything u want.

40/15's ohm's whatever u want

it can also be a ith ist cb meaning it does about 500 2h dmg and has 180 mf

A little more clearly ( ) :

Make any Runeword in any appropriately socketed item (aka right number of socks, right item class), run Matrix Hack (which doesn't work anymore), sell the runes out of item to Charsi, Runeword remains on item... clean socketed Runeword item... you could only do this once, with the exception of what I'll tell you below... but, you could happily insert jewels/runes to style it the way you want
Silence and Fury are the two most popular, just bewary and hunt for the better ones if you're going to use, like the ethereal Ith Fury BB with Zod, Ohm, Ohm is bad because an indestructible Ith Fury BB with 3x Ohm, or Eth & 2x Ohm exists because you could socket Zod and remove it using Matrix hack again (only rune that would work with). So, some people were very smart/clever when using the hack, some weren't, common sense and knowing how the hack worked help determine whether an Ith item is good or not. (Sometimes personal preference, too, ie. I like the 3x Ohm Ith Fury BB for my Frenzy barbs, mainly because I would never duel with an Ith or take advantage of the Eth bug...) (and god damn, why are there no Ith 40/15max Chamed Shafts? )
